Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
These Website Terms govern your use of KennedyHomeServices.com and its online project-request tools. They do not by themselves create a home-improvement contract, require Kennedy Home Services to accept a project, establish a project price or start date, or replace the written agreement required for accepted work. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement governs the project to the extent stated there.
1. Website Ownership & Eligibility
This website is owned and operated by Kennedy Home Services, LLC. You must be at least 18 years of age and hold property ownership or authorized representation rights to submit project requests through this website.
2. Project Request Submissions & Contacts
By submitting a request, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you possess the necessary authority for the property address indicated. You grant Kennedy Home Services permission to contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your inquiry.
3. No Automatic Acceptance or Emergency Dispatch
Submitting a project request does not constitute contract acceptance, lock in a schedule, or promise an emergency dispatch. We confirm availability, pricing models, and scheduling terms directly through separate agreements.
4. Content Restrictions
You are prohibited from uploading administrative passwords, alarm codes, financial credentials, malware, or third-party confidential details through our public upload portals.
5. Service-Contract Separation
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rights, start and completion dates, warranties, change orders, permits, insurance, dispute terms, and the parties responsible for actual project work belong in the applicable signed agreement and required notices—not in a casual universal website paragraph.
6. Intellectual Property & Advice Disclaimer
All text, custom media, and structural layouts on this website are the property of Kennedy Home Services, LLC. General educational checklists, cost guides, and articles are provided for broad informational planning and do not substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or structural advice.
7. Governing Law & Venue
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions arising from your website use shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
