Home-Improvement Contracting Disclosure
Connecticut home-improvement projects are contracted through Kennedy Home Services, LLC, Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor Registration HIC.0705773, when that registration applies to the scope. Confirm the current registration status directly with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Kennedy Home Services may provide intake, project administration, scheduling, or coordination services as described in the customer’s written agreement.
Licensed Trade Work & Permits
Connecticut regulates electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, security, and other occupational work. When a project requires an occupational license, the responsible work is performed by the appropriately licensed contractor or professional identified in the proposal, permit, or project documentation.
