Can you reuse my existing stone for a repair?
Often, yes. If the existing stone or brick is in good condition, we can lift, clean, and relay it on a newly prepared, stable base.
Why is my patio or walkway sinking?
Sinking is usually caused by poor initial base preparation, water washout, or freeze-thaw cycles. We fix the underlying drainage issue before repairing the surface.
Can you match the color of my older brick or stone?
We source materials meticulously to achieve the closest possible visual match, though some natural weathering variation is to be expected.
Do retaining walls require drainage?
Yes, absolutely. A retaining wall without proper backfill drainage will eventually fail due to hydrostatic pressure and freezing water.
When is the best time for masonry work?
Spring through fall is ideal, as freezing temperatures can interfere with mortar curing and proper ground compaction.
