Direct answers

Questions homeowners ask before moving forward

Clear answers help you decide whether the next step is a fit. Project-specific facts are confirmed during review and documented before work begins.

Do you offer weekly lawn mowing?
We focus on project landscaping, planting installations, grading, lawn renovations, cleanups, and estate-maintenance plans. We do not operate standalone weekly mowing-only routes.
Can you design a new planting plan?
Yes. The level of design can range from a practical planting layout to a more detailed plan coordinated with hardscape, lighting, irrigation, and architecture.
Can you improve drainage?
Kennedy can coordinate drainage assessment and related landscape or hardscape work. The correct solution depends on source, elevation, soil, discharge, wetlands, and municipal requirements.
Do you replace lawns after construction?
Yes. Lawn and bed restoration can be incorporated into the closeout scope for exterior, utility, pool, or hardscape projects.
Can landscaping be included in a maintenance plan?
Seasonal observations, cleanup, small improvements, and approved vendor coordination can be included when the property-care plan is a fit.

What should the landscape become?

Tell us the area, the current problem, and whether the goal is lawn, planting, privacy, drainage, or a broader refresh.
